  • New England Conference in Hartford, Ct. October 20-21. The Greater Grace Gospel Band was invited to join in to play some special music. 
  • Greater Grace Gospel Band was in concert in Lee, Mass. on October 28th. 
    5:30 PM "Pot of Faith" Dinner; music at 7:00. Open to the public. 
  • PICNIC!!! & Baptism - Saturday September 2nd. 
  • Staff Meeting & 1st Annual Report. Sunday August 27th in the afternoon. No evening service!

    Our theme this year was "The Sweet Savor of Grace ."
    "The deeper I go into the Word of God the more I become aware of how much God really Loves me & what a Sacrifice Jesus Christ was for all who now believe and all who will believe! In 1999 I said,  'I'll be back in 2000!' I just got back as of this writing. A week in Baltimore is immeasurable in it's content & priceless in it's value. PIE AUCTION Sunday November 21st after Morning Service. To Support our Women's Conference in January 2000. Thank You all, we did very well.

POT LUCK  of BLESSING DINNER Saturday November 20th. Special Concert followed with Pastor Wells & "The Old Landmark Singers". {All POT LUCK DINNERS are hereby cancelled...we don't rely on LUCK!!!     We have hope & expectation in BLESSINGS.}

New England Conference in Hartford, Ct. November 12 & 13. 

Women's Conference in Baltimore, weekend of October 8th, 1999. 

"Bible College" ! We are currently having a session on Monday's at 6:30pm, and  a double-session on  Fridays at 6:30pm. If you wish to get college credits please inquire by any means; e.g. call, email or speak with Pastor Jim. You may even sign up just to audit (observe & take for personal study). ROME, NY!  ...10th Year Celebration!
Pastor Morin and the Body in Rome to celebrated his 10th year pastoring the church in Rome! September 24-25 Pastor Carl Stevens was our guest speaker! A fund raising dinner banquet on Friday evening for the Grace Hour was held. Saturday was packed with sessions around the Word of God culminating with our 10th Year Celebration Service Saturday evening!

LABOR DAY WEEKEND at our Dover Plains Church; Saturday September 4th, Pot Luck Dinner at 4pm. We who attended really enjoyed the weather, the fellowship, the volleyball & the food. But most important was Pastor Witt's closing service with a reading from the Word of God. Our times together are really so very special...maybe you can plan on the next event?

August 8th: We had some guests today; Bob Heinz (is that spelled correctly?) who was among our local co-founders over 20 years ago gave a real compelling message about loving the battle, Dorothy from Jamaica, and Flora from 'up-north'!

August 1st: It was 99F in the shade but we all came out to witness the Baptism of 7 teens & 3 adults by immersion in water at "Mike & Lisa's". We also had special gathering for the Hall Family, Lorraine & Jordan who are all moving to Baltimore! You're not gone yet but we already miss you! (Thanks for the use of your yard & pool Mike & Lisa; for the food setup, John & Dolly.)

July 10th: Thank You one & all for your hard work at, or purchases from, our TAG SALE. Proceeds will go to support our various youth teen programs & our Music Ministry. 

July 4th: Pastor Mike Walsh currently in the mission field of Nepal, visited us at our Sunday Morning Service. He shared a great message about the Judgement Seat, our salvation & what the word 'works' really means in regards to our soul. (If a topic like this interests you please consider coming to one of our services to hear more about your salvation in Christ.)

1999 International Convention!The June 21st - 26th: 1999 International Convention was held for the 10th time in Baltimore.
Our theme this year was "The Virtue and Integrity of God."

June 12th: DOVER DAY at Boyce Park on Route 55 in Wingdale. Dover Day is a community day with a wide array of displays, events & presentations. Greater Grace Community Church had our "CHRISTIAN BOOKSTORE" open at the park. We had a wide variety of literature, information & the majority of our church congregation was there to answer inquiries. "Always remember that God Loves You & Christ died for you...shouldn't you find out more about this and how it really applies to you?"

June 11, 1999: Web site debut. Updates and adjustments continue on a daily basis.

June 15, 1999: Added graphical links (GGWO in Baltimore) to our Directions, Links, Prayer & Services Pages.

July 1, 1999: Placed "Special Features" section on Home page for easy access to GGWO Devotional & Grace Hour.

July 5, 1999: Added "How Do You Get To Heaven" on the Home Page under "Special Features". The pages referenced are also new.

September 1999: Continued weekly updates, schedule changes & a music ministry page. 

December 2000: Cleaned up website appearance by centering all content.
